1. What is your company machine warranty?
1 year warranty including free machine parts replacement (not including wearing parts).
2. Is your machine with CE certificate?
Yes, we have CE ,ISO9001.
3. What is the production time while placing order?
Within 7-30 work days.
4. Do you have stock product to sell?
Normally we do, but it also depends on which model you inquired.
5. What is your lead time?
Within 5-30 work days, we would start to arrange your order upon 30% deposit on order and deliver the machine before the balance.
6. Can your company handle shipping for customers?
Yes, please advice your requested port and we would check the sea/air freight from cooperated forwarder and arrange shipping for you.
7. Is the packing strong?
Sure. All of our export packing is with strong plywood crate and films (Export packing standard).
8. How about after-sales service process?
When your machine has problem, just contact your sales and we will solve your problem ASAP.
9. Can your technician come for machine installation & problems handling?
Yes, it is free for the first time machine installation & training in 5 work days. The cost of the air tickets & accommodation for our technician would be borne by customers.
10. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we have our own facotry with over 5 years professional experience. You are welcome to visit our facotry in Dongguan City. If you are interested to be the exclusive agents, welcome to join us.
11. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQ for our machine. Even 1 set is available.
12. Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, each step of production will be inspected by our QC department and the running inspection video could also be sent if needed.
13. What's the payment term?
EXW/FOB/CFR/DDU/DDP. Payment by T/T 30% in advance, balance before shipment. (It is negotiable)
